At Hauora Ability Services, we believe every person living with disability deserves more than a safe, well-supported home. They deserve connection. Creativity. The chance to pursue what matters to them, and to be genuinely part of the communities where they live.

That belief sits at the heart of Good Lives, our community fundraising campaign for 2026.

What Good Lives is about
The people we support at our Wigram and Halswell homes in Ōtautahi are living full lives. But there are things that funded support does not always stretch to: a creative class someone has always wanted to try, a trip to an event, a piece of equipment that opens up a new activity, or simply more time in the community doing the things that bring meaning and joy.

Good Lives exists to fund those moments. Every dollar raised goes directly towards helping the people we support engage more in their communities and pursue their own aspirations, on their own terms.
