Understanding
disordered eating
Disordered eating is very common and can look different for everyone. For many, these behaviours develop as a way of coping with difficult or overwhelming emotions, trauma, or life experiences.
Identifying these patterns and reaching out for support is an important first step. At Waipuna, we walk alongside you to understand your unique experiences and support you to build skills for moving forward.
