I come from China and have made New Zealand my second home, where I am raising my three children. I chose nursing because I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives, and I continue to feel that purpose every day in this role.
I work as a Nurse Unit Manager in aged residential care, supporting residents with a wide range of physical and neurological conditions. My role involves leading my nursing team, ensuring safe clinical practice, and making sure each resident is treated with dignity and respect.
