Ysidora Naidu is a Mana Ake Kaimahi based at Waipuna.
She is passionate about working alongside tamariki and their whānau, supporting them on their journey in a way that feels safe, respectful and empowering, and values building genuine connections where people feel heard, understood and supported to navigate challenges in their own way.
Ysidora works closely with schools and takes a collaborative approach, partnering with teachers, whānau and other supports to ensure a shared understanding and consistent support for each child.
Her background is as a registered social worker, and she brings a strengths-based, compassionate approach to her work, walking alongside whānau to help them build on what is already working well and find pathways that feel right for them.
