Seaneen McKenzie has been part of St John of God Hauora Trust since 2012, bringing more than a decade of organisational knowledge and a genuine passion for the people within the Trust. As General Manager People and Culture, she leads the People and Culture, Health, Safety and Wellbeing functions, with a focus on creating the conditions in which individuals and teams can thrive.
Her background spans employment relations, organisational development, and senior leadership in the public and NGO sectors, including coordinating the establishment of regional and national offices within government agencies.
