Liz is the Team Lead for Mana Ake, where she is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children, whānau, and school communities. Liz holds a Master of Counselling and alongside leading her team, delivers parenting and teacher pastoral wellbeing programmes, helping build confidence, connection, and resilience. Having lived in Christchurch for most of her life, Liz values strong community relationships and brings warmth, empathy, and practical experience to her work. She is also the proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to one.
