Jack grew up in the UK and had a previous career as a builder. He moved into physiotherapy after a life changing injury which still influences how he relates to the people Waipuna supports. He moved to Aotearoa in 2008 with his partner and has worked at the Granada Rehabilitation Centre for around 11 years.
Part of his role is managing the rehabilitation and activities teams, and the rest of the time he is delivering physiotherapy to residents and other clients. Jack prefers to keep things informal and often uses humour to put people at ease.
