I’m originally from the UK but have spent most of my working life in New Zealand. I’ve supported people with disabilities across a range of settings and roles, and I remain motivated by seeing the difference good practice makes to people’s lives.
As Quality and Practice Manager I work alongside staff to help ensure people receive high-quality, consistent, and safe support. My work spans policy, practice improvement, audits, and building capability across our teams.
I take a collaborative approach and believe quality is everyone’s business, not just mine. I like to work with people to find practical solutions that make a real difference.
