Local Businesses Construct New Accessible Deck at Halswell

Thanks to the generosity of Coughlan Builders, One Stop Deck Shop and Menzshed Halswell, a new accessible deck has been donated and installed for residents of the Tiny Homes at Halswell.

With supplies and labour either donated or heavily discounted by these businesses, the deck was able to be constructed in a timely manner, and is already being used by residents.

Led by Paddy Coughlan from Coughlan Builders and the team from One Stop Deck Shop, this project was powered by the best of local business, and built to the highest industry standards thanks to their years of expertise and high-quality materials used.

The new deck is already helping residents navigate their homes with greater ease and independence, and is greatly appreciated by everyone at St John of God.
