Aimee Borlase works across HR information systems and executive support at St John of God Hauora Trust, acting as a bridge between the organisation’s people and its HR processes through the Elmo HRIS. Her mahi involves building workflows and processes, producing technical guides, providing training, and developing the organisation’s learning management system. She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Administration Services, and the Quality and Practice team.
Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Communication Studies, and is an Accredited Workplace Inclusion Practitioner.
Away from the office, Aimee is immersed in the performing arts as a stand-up comedian and vocalist, producing comedy and variety shows across the South Island.
